Solar Power Survey

A clear purpose for a small amount of data.

How Solar Power Survey counts aggregate activity and passes relevant campaign attribution to the QuoteOtter analyzer.

This entry site

Solar Power Survey does not ask for your name, phone, email, address, bill or account number. The entry site does not set analytics cookies or create visitor profiles. The property analyzer is a separate application at solar.quoteotter.com.

Our D1 activity records contain only the UTC calendar day, a fixed page-view or analyzer-open event, a fixed page or link-placement label, a test flag and a count. We do not store visitor identifiers, incoming campaign values, full URLs, referrers or IP addresses in those activity records. These are event counts, not unique-visitor or confirmed-conversion measurements.

Following a link to the analyzer

The link may carry allowlisted campaign information or an advertising click identifier already present in the entry URL, and a fixed referral label when it does not replace an incoming ad placement. This helps the QuoteOtter application retain the original acquisition attribution. Unknown parameters and values that appear to contain contact or street-address information are excluded.

When no incoming acquisition information is available, the link uses a fixed Solar Power Survey referral tag. This entry application does not store the incoming campaign values. The QuoteOtter application handles its own session, privacy choices, information requests and any later submission under the policies shown there.

Hosting and fonts

Cloudflare hosts and secures this site and processes the network information needed to provide those services. Pages may request Inter from Google Fonts. Those services handle requests under their own privacy policies. Application activity counts exclude recognized automation and keep tagged QA separate.

Reading a guide does not subscribe you to anything. Opening the analyzer does not itself submit a lead from Solar Power Survey. Review the details and choices in the QuoteOtter application before sending information there.
